SADD Alberta's

Liquor Bag
Campaign

This campaign is an opportunity for all Alberta students to add their personal message on the dangers of impaired driving to a paper liquor bag.

2024 Campaign Timeline

How it works

Teachers, or project coordinators, order their free paper liquor bags online, then distribute the bags to their students so they can add their personal message and creative artwork on the bag.  Once the students complete their messaging, an adult or teacher collects the bags and provides them to local liquor stores.

Order

  • Order your FREE blank liquor bags from our online store. Shipping is free.

Design

  • Have the students at your school decorate the bags with messages about the dangers of impaired driving.

Deliver

  • Deliver the completed liquor bags to local stores to be used with regular liquor sales.

Recommendations for a good contest submission:

  • Make sure there is good lighting and that your message is easy to read.

  • Place the bag on a neutral or dark background. Try to avoid other items in the background of the picture. Stand directly above the bag; avoid angle-shot pictures.

  • Be sure to capture the whole bag in your post.

  • Only submit one bag per post. Avoid taking pictures of multiple bags.
